The oils are now quite common as a stress reliever and anxiety remover, but you must know certain facts about these oils before you try it yourself.

• Essential oils are not really oils because these do not contain essential fatty acids. These oils are only used in aromatherapy because it contains highly concentrated, small molecules of medicinal ingredients which are need to be handled cautiously like any other medicine.Having these medicinal values you can use it as massage oils.


Therapeutic Essential Oil• Scientific researchers have proved that rosemary essential oil positively enhance brain performance. However, since it directly enters into your brain limbic region passing blood-brain barrier it should be taken into serious account.

• Fragrance oils and essential oils are necessarily the same thing. Almost all essential oils have fragrance but it doesn’t mean all fragrance oils have medicinal property.

• Aniseed, cedarwood, chamomile, cinnamon, clary sage, clove, ginger, jasmine, lemon, nutmeg, rosemary, sage and some other essential oils are strictly prohibited to use during pregnancy. Consult a good aroma therapist before using it for therapeutic use.

• Keep away all essentials oils from kids.

• Essential oils are not meant for ingestion.

• Store essential oils in dark glass bottle. Essential oils can last at least 5 years.
